Ready in 20 minutes

Makes 10 cakes

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients until everything is evenly combined.
  2. With gloved hands, form up to 10 crab cake patties, about 1-½ inches in diameter and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Working in batches to not overcrowd the pan and ensure even cooking, heat a non-stick pan with about ¼ inch of oil and fry the cakes for about 1-½ minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Replace the parchment paper on the tray with some paper towel to drain the crab-cakes of the excess frying oil.
  4. Enjoy while hot and freshly fried!
