Preparation

  1. Cook farro in water as instructed by the packaging, about 15 minutes or until tender but still has a little bite.
  2. While the farro is working, prepare the kale, arugula, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and radishes for the salad and combine in a large salad bowl. Place in the fridge until service.
  3. For the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and combine until smooth. (Add your CBD oil to the food processor if you please!)
  4. When the farro is done, drain them and rinse under cold water. Combine them with salad mix and toss everything with half of the dressing to start. If you like more of a dressed salad, add the rest. Finally, top with the cranberries, almonds, hemp hearts, sunflower seeds and avocado wedges.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
